Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
The Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) is a deep tissue oil massage technique developed by the Indian master Kusum Modak in India after many years of studying Iyengar yoga and traditional ayurvedic massage.
AYM is one of the most complete massage technics nowadays which works on many levels – physical, mental, emotional, and energetic.
The massage is done on a mattress on the floor, the therapist starts with an oil massage with their hands and feet, gradually warming up and softening muscle tissues, fascia and organs, facilitating breathing and improving circulation followed by assisted yoga stretches, tractions, and gentle mobilizations which help lengthen the tissues and can help bring a deep sense of relaxation and renewed energy.
Through these gentle movements, we also help relax tendons and ligaments and renew the synovial fluid in joints. We work with the whole body with emphasis on the areas that need more work.
Besides oil, we use a herbal powder called Calamus which creates a pleasant exfoliating feeling, but mainly it helps improve blood circulation and warm up the tissues quicker, intensifying the benefits of the massage.
It helps to remove natural toxins and supports the proper function of the lymphatic system, resulting in a feeling of total renovation, vitality, and wellbeing.

Deep Tissue Massage
A deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).
It’s used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Deep tissue massage techniques are used to break up scar tissue and physically break down muscle “knots” or adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation. Massage therapists may use fingertips, knuckles, hands, elbows, and forearms during a deep tissue massage.
You may be asked to breathe deeply as the massage therapist works on tense areas. After the massage, you may feel some stiffness or soreness, but it should subside within a day or so.

Anti Stress Massage W/ Aromatherapy
In order to rid your body of anxiety and stress, you need to totally relax.
This massage relaxes the muscles and especially the nervous system. It is performed with slow and rhythmic strokes, including the scalp, face, and neck.
Certified pure essential oils are used to help the brain to release endomorphin 'feel good' hormones. These hormones trigger feelings of relaxation and relieve you of pain, tension, anxiety, and stress.
