Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
The Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) is a deep tissue oil massage technique developed by the Indian master Kusum Modak in India after many years of studying Iyengar yoga and traditional Ayurvedic massage. The massage is done on a mattress on the floor, the therapist starts with an oil massage with their hands and feet, gradually warming up and softening muscle tissues, fascia, and organs, facilitating breathing and improving circulation followed by assisted yoga stretches, tractions, and gentle mobilizations which help lengthen the tissues and can help bring a deep sense of relaxation and renewed energy.

DEEP RELAX MASSAGE
To rid your body of anxiety and stress, you need to relax.
This massage relaxes the muscles and especially the nervous system. It is performed with slow and rhythmic strokes, including the scalp, face, and neck.
Certified pure essential oils help the brain release endomorphin, the feel-good hormone. These hormones trigger feelings of relaxation and relieve you of pain, tension, anxiety, and stress.
Bambu Massage
Bamboo massage is a deep tissue technique using bamboo rods to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. It strengthens the connective tissue (fascia) and adds to better mobility and athletic recovery.
